Zen-Sesshin | Encounter of the Heart
Sesshin is an opportunity to plunge into silence, to rest in things just as they are, and to discover and explore the world of your own true nature. Following Sanbozen tradition, this sesshin will alternate periods of sitting with walking meditation. The schedule will include a daily Zen talk, opportunities for one-to-one interviews with the teacher, and periods of work in the house or garden, another form of practice.
Recommended for students who have an established practice. Part-time participation is possible with the permission of the teacher. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with questions about practice.
Talks given in English; individual interviews possible in a mix of English and German.
